Kenwood Nutriform was developed during a fast-paced, one-week hackathon centred on reusing internal components from existing Kenwood appliances—particularly the motor and mechanical architecture of a stand mixer. Building on Kenwood’s adaptable appliance ecosystem, the project reimagines familiar components for a new purpose: transforming everyday ingredients into compact, ready-to-eat nutritional portions. Its clear left-to-right workflow—blend, transfer, press, and remove—combines two functions in one compact appliance, while a gear and crank mechanism converts the motor’s rotation into the linear movement required for pressing.
